Cooking is an art. The chef has a vision of what they want to create and it is their objective to bring that vision to life. Such visions include creating beautiful presentations and plates and other accomplishments that only last a few moments. Developing your vision captures all your senses with the colors, texture, flavors, and aromas. You have to appeal to the senses and the eye of each guest.
At Sweet Baby Girl Co., we have a philosophy of using natural ingredients in our products to ensure that customers receive the highest quality product. For example, we use lemon juice instead of chemicals as our preservative and pure sugar cane as a sweetener. There is absolutely no high fructose corn syrup and our entire line of products are gluten free.
In our next phase of development, it is my hope to commence catering services sometime this year. Our service will provide healthy alternatives and portioned meal plans in order to accommodate the lifestyle of the individual.
My goal is to exceed the expectations of the customer by continuing to use high quality and locally sourced ingredients like seasonal fruit. As a member of the community here in Central Florida, I have made it my mission to provide flavors that are unique to our state. I also want people to see that the use of jams goes far beyond toast. For example, how you can use the pineapple habanero on shrimp for shrimp and grits, orange chili pepper for chicken wings, mango to mix with bbq sauce and use them on ribs or add some to your yogurt for a yummy snack. There’s even the jam cocktail craze where you can take a tablespoon or 2 of jam and add it to your favorite cocktail!!
Everything started because of my daughter Carolina. She is the reason I’m doing this, the inspiration behind the company, the name, and the logo. She is truly a gift.
